Keeping up with Lasqueti
Plain-language reports on how off-island decisions shape life on Lasqueti, with the source documents alongside.
Last update: June 11, 2026
I started this site because the contracts and decisions that affect us most, from ferry service to regional and provincial programs to federal regulations, are scattered across agency websites and hard to follow if life gets in the way. So I do the homework and put what I find here. I aim for fair coverage, and I don't have a permanent stake in any of the recurring island debates. If I get something wrong, tell me.
